Generally speaking I had a good experience but I did feel a little pushed to go with a dress, I stood my ground though and ordered the dress I actually loved. My sales assistant was lovely. I previously text the number with the codes of the dresses I wanted to see, when I got there they had about 5 dresses for me to try on. One of the dresses I liked but it was way to small so another lady found me a 16 to try. I was a bit disappointed as no tulle dresses were pulled but after I had a quick look I found 2 that I had specifically asked for and ended up ordering 1 of those. Just a note of warning, I received an email the day of my appointment saying my dress had been shipped however a week later when I called to chase it up it was still at the warehouse. I was very concerned as I had read other reviews saying that dresses were lost or just not in stock so this caused some stress. The tracking code you get sent also does not work so be mindful of this. Other than those few issues It was a good experience and they had a few really nice dresses in store.

I have been shopping for my wedding gown for 4 months, and have been to a few stores, before a friend of mine recommended Fashionably Yours to me. She said she bought her wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses from this beautiful store. As soon as we walked in this beautiful store, we felt welcome and relaxed. You got the right vibes immediately. It was very busy, yet organized and calm. The dresses I requested in the appointment form were ready for me to try on. My stylist also took her time to listen to what I was looking for and my budget. I found my dream dress that I've fell in love with as soon as I put it on. We found the staff were patient and helpful, not pushy at all. Highly recommended!
Fashionably Yours Bridal is a gem. During our 2 appointments with Fashionably Yours, we found the team were very helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Two of my bridesmaids could not make it to the store. The team helped us sort out their sizes by phone calls and text messages until they got it right. The range of dresses and selection of sizes are huge, and the prices are very competitive. Thank you Fashionably Yours for making bridesmaid dresses shopping so smooth and efficient.

Quite disappointed with the service and handling of my complaint. When I was in store trying on a dress the sales people quite confidently said the dress can easily be extended in length from the bottom (I am tall and the dress length worked only if I wore flats which is not my preference). Based on that advice, I purchased the dress off the rack (it was not a sale item but they were happy to sell it from the floor stock) and booked to see their tailor. When I took it to their tailor, she said it absolutely cannot be extended in length from the bottom and that the advice I had received was incorrect. A few other dressmakers also gave me that feedback. Subsequently I bought another dress and requested a refund from the store. I felt this was a reasonable request given the dress is unworn, not tailored, was sold off the rack (i.e. not ordered in for me) and current season which they can restock and resell (i.e. not a sale item), and in particular given their advice at the time of purchase influenced my decision. Essentially, this is not a change of mind refund. Unfortunately, the store called their tailor who then changed her story to say she can extend the dress and the only reason she said she couldn't at the time was because "I didn't persist enough". More disappointingly, the store has actually only responded to my email ONCE. They asked me to email my request (when I called) and yet they have failed to respond to any further emails. They have failed to actually come up with a viable solution even though I've been quite open and transparent about wanting to reach a mutually beneficial outcome. I believe the store's customer service was good only up until the point of purchase. Clearly once they get their money they are not interested in being helpful or any post-purchase customer service.
We had an amazing experience with Fashionably Yours Bridal! They really cared about their customers. We didn't really know what we were after when I made an appointment for bridesmaid dresses. They followed up with text messages to ask me to send through a list of dresses we wished to try on. When we arrived for the appointment, the dresses were ready for us. The team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop was very busy but our stylist was very attentive and offered great advice and answered all our questions. We were so grateful to the team at Fashionably Yours Wahroonga Bridal. Their attention to details and the level of customer service was exceptional. They had the most beautiful selection of Ballgowns by Moonlight Bridal. As they were the only bridal shop stocking this brand in Sydney so we traveled far to visit this store. The team really took the time to listen to what my sister was looking for. We didn't feel pressured or rushed at any point, even the shop was very busy. She tried on many dresses and found the one recommended by the stylist, even she thought initially she would not like this one. It showed the level of knowledge and the value of a professional bridal stylist. We could tell the team were passionate about what they were doing and enjoy helping bride-to-be to find a perfect gown.
I have just bought my wedding dress from Fashionably Yours. Adrienne was such a professional and knowledgeable consultant. She made me feel relaxed and confident throughout the process. She had a great knowledge of the dresses and knew how to adjust the dress to meet my preference. She also included a complimentary veil with y purchase. It was the best bridal experience I've had.
