We had dinner tonight after the wedding ceremony. The view and food were great. We really enjoyed it. However, one of the waitress was very rude to us a few times. We were so disappointed. I didn’t saw her name tag. But she had a hair bun on top. We had a seafood buffet at the beginning. I had used a small knife on the table to cut the prawns. Once I finished, the waitress came and pickup the plate. She told me the small knife was for entree. I said I need a knife to cut the prawns, but there was no addition fork provided. She said I shouldn’t use that knife... Why she didn’t just bring me a new knife, rather than teaching me when should I use it in front of my friends? Lots of other people did use the knife on the table to cut the prawns. Only kids used forks to bite the whole prawn! It’s so disappointed, especially in such restaurant. Other waitresses were much better, very nice and helpful. Otherwise it’s not even deserve a 2 star. Edited: found out her name is Yunjeon

Relatively quiet and warm night at The Rocks as we take our table at The Dining Room. Gentle but attentive service, great selection of wines (by the glass and bottle), and immaculate presentation of each dish. The flavours, while occasionally conservative were excellent and everything was prepared, cooked and served perfectly Grab a window table for views across the harbour to the Opera House.

Honestly a little disappointed as staff wouldn’t let us sit next to the window even though they were empty the whole night. Had the chefs menu and flavours of each dish did not work well together leaving behind a bad aftertaste. However, the dessert was great and made up for it. 120 was a bit pricey for ingredients that weren’t too expensive.

Really impressed with the service and food provided. I went in with a friend for a bthday celebration and the staff made a lot of effort to make us feel welcomed. They even offered to take pics for us which I never experienced in any other venue before. The food was delicious with option from either a 2-course or a 3-course to choose from. Thumb up!

What a beautiful venue, i came here to celebrate my 30th birthday for lunch. We had a table near the window which i would suggest requesting, as the views are spectacular. Local Cow’s Milk Burrata - beautiful dish showcasing the beautiful cheese teamed with puffed rice grapefruit, dll and radish

Partner and I had a two course meal for 70 each. The fish with yolk entree was good. Our mains were a sirloin dish and a pork with green olives dish. Both were tasteless overall, the steak quality was below average, and the pork was dry as cardboard. We had reasonable expectations, but left the place feeling highly disappointed with our dishes. Good sevice and views though, but don't waste your hard earned dosh on their meals. Step it up Park Hyatt

Honestly so average, it took half an hour to be offered drinks, then on top of that another half hour to order entree. Then it took 3 hours to have an entree, main and dessert. That’s insanely outrageous. During the entree everyone but two people got their food, then took an extra 30 minutes to get theirs, they got the asparagus. Where’s the communication? It took us having to follow up with the wait staff for it to come. I honestly didn’t expect to arrive at 7, have an entree at 8:30, a main at 9:15 and a dessert by 10, after we had to ask, especially for the price
