Purchased some lights from Music on stage almost a year ago, one light started playing up! Took it to MOS, and they not only fixed my light, but they offered me a light from their hire department free of charge, till my light was fixed. Wow talk about amazing service, in this day and age..
****BUYERS BEWARE*** I bought a pair of headphones months ago, then cancelled them within 1 business hour. They literally hadn't had time to even pack them yet. I was told that I'd be refunded for them but they are now ignoring my calls and emails. I've contacted my bank to get the money back, but there's only so much they can do when the owner won't approve my refund. Two weeks ago, I asked them to just send me the headphones because this has dragged on for way too long, but they still haven't responded or acknowledged my email. At this stage, they have stolen almost 200 from me. I haven't been offered an apology for the inconvenience they've caused me and I have been made to jump through hoops to get a refund with no luck. I'm extremely frustrated by their lack of communication. Take your money elsewhere. Meanwhile, I'll be calling the fraud department at my bank in an attempt to resolve this.
******SCAM******* Ordered a pair of speaker stands in September last year which were listed online as in stock. I then received an email that they were out of stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt given Covid, however after several months of back and forth emails they still couldn’t give me any indication of when the stock would come in. Finally I requested a refund, only to be given the run around for another couple of months before they completely stopped responding to me. DO NOT order from this company and support this scumbag behaviour. Many better retailers out there that deserve our business.
Best music n video shop ever. Needed to hire a curved hd video wall instead of a green screen for my production n movie. Much cheaper than the rest n the highest quality in the world. Thanks again n lots of love.
Ordered a light on the 16th of December. I still have not received the product. They have stopped answer my emails and my phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP** The amount of fake reviews on here is hilarious, they are definitely scammers. Speakers purchased over 8 months ago and still not received, taking this to Fair Trading NSW.
