I called in to see if there were crutches for a 5 year old boy for hire, to which, they said Yes. When I arrived the lady at the counter tried to assist but said there was none. I was a bit annoyed since we drove 30mins to get there. Lucky, another sales person pointed at Canadian crutches which I bought.

As an ndis participant things tend to take forever ,astley mobility are kind and make the whole process incredibly easy. My beautiful recliner is a game changer for me. It means I don’t have to be in my bed to be comfortable . No longer do I have to worry about getting up and down out of a chair. No more stress about pressure sores .thank you astley from the sales staff to the delivery people . I recommend you guys highly Regards Leanne mayor

Don’t ever get your hospital from at Astley mobility. The worst product support I’ve ever encountered. My husband is a very sick man needing 24/7 care at home. He become immobile after an acute stroke. Astley mobility supplied the hospital bed. Unfortunately, the bed was broken and constantly making a loud beeping sound which kept us awake day and night. The only way to get a reprieve is to switch the bed off, but then it depletes and no longer do auto-alternate in firmness. Being immobile, my husband needs the bed to alternate to prevent him getting bed sores. I phoned early Wednesday morning, was put on hold for a long time, someone got on the phone saying someone will ring back. Late Wednesday afternoon a phone call came and said they will send someone to fix the bed. Thursday someone came and found the air bed is linking air hence the automatic beeping comes to signal the bed is malfunctioning. The woman couldn’t fix it and said they’ll find the solution. I expected a replacement bed on that day but none came. So we were left with a bed that’s tormenting our family, giving us sleepless nights and days. The only reprieve from the noise is to switch the bed off which depletes it and no longer lauto-alternate in firmness. It is now Sunday and no solution or help from Astley mobility. I am ready to toss the bed outside. My husband also suffers from migraine and PTSD and keeps saying ‘switch the bloody noise off.’ We get no rest, due to constant beeping sound of the bed. I am exhausted and lack sleep from switching the bed off and on to prevent it disturbing my husband. He now complains of headache and became more irritable and grinds his teeth. So unless you want to suffer the same, get your hospital bed somewhere else to save yourself from trouble.
