I honestly just don't like them... Being the sole distributor for Scuf in Australia means I'm forced to use them, their no pickup from there shop policy is fustrating even when your local. Instead you have to pay for shipping to receive it a week later it's my only complaint but it's a massive pain for your customers

Purchased a second LucidSound LS30 dongle off them after my first one broke. Wasn't working. Contacted support. They contacted LucidSound on my behalf. LS told them what to tell me. It was user error (ME), had mic plugged into the wrong hole. This 5star review is my penance for being a noob/rookie and also to thank the Bluemouth support team for their .. support.

I purchased a Scuf controller from this supplier on 22 February 2017 (Order #1289 if a representative from Bluemouth cares to follow up). Without apportioning blame for the poor quality construction of the product as they are merely distributers, I have experienced terrible customer service from Bluemouth in relation to Warranty. On their website they promote "Local Warranty" but to date nothing has been resolved since the controller broke after 6 weeks on 15 March 2016 and at which time I made contact regarding the failure. I was told on 15 March 2017 free replacement paddles would be shipped to me. To date those have not arrived. A week later out of desperation I purchased replacement paddles. Those did arrive. On 10 April 2017 I left a lengthy message using their Contact form on their website regarding further problems with the controller (trigger switch failure and grip on left thumb stick already peeled off). To date no response has been received. On 19 April 2017 I spoke to a representative on their website chat with the view of claiming on the warranty and having the Scuff controller replaced. I was not provided a return shipping address. I was told a pre-paid box would be shipped out to me in order to return the controller. To date this has not been received - 7 May 2017. I would also note that despite an option for Express Postage for which you pay extra, they have shipped neither of my two purchases same day. I live in metro Sydney overnight delivery area. Despite the nuisance it is nice to live in Australia and have Schedule 2 of Competition and Consumer Act 2010 - colloquially known as the Australian Consumer Law. TLDR: They do not ship replacement parts or facilitate return of faulty products. Save yourself the trip to the ACCC. Buy direct and benefit from a better exchange rate.
