I recently had my vehicle repaired by Melbourne Panel Repairs in South Melbourne and I was very pleased with the service and the workmanship they delivered. While most panel shops were either closed or not taking on any new client during the Covid-19 period, Scott took my car in and helped me back on the road within a week. He was professional and respectful, the whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. I thank Scott and everyone at the shop for that and I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic business and highly recommended. My car was repaired and returned to me within the week as promised and had even been cleaned! Staff were friendly and offered a great service. I was even able to leave my hire car with them when I collected my vehicle.

What can i say. RACV recommended repairer, went there to have vehicle assessed only to be informed after assessment that they are not willing to take any bookings. Informed RACV this, however was instructed to go back there. Went back to the shop second time, only to be confronted by an unenthusiastic staff member Archie, and re-assessed the car. Car needed parts which after about 5 weeks was informed the parts were in. From there another 2 weeks or so car was in. Took about 3-4 weeks for the car to be fixed, and after picking the car up realized an issue with the key-less remote. After consultation with the skoda dealership, was found that the damaged part was not replaced after the accident, however re-flashed to get rid of the error code. This was after 2 assessments at the car yard, both with them taking apart the rear bumper and making sure all damaged parts were ordered. From accident to car being returned with issue 5 month. Strongly advise to pick another repairer.!!!!!
