I cannot rate Miss Biscuit highly enough! I’m just starting out on my cookie baking venture & I’m so grateful to have found this wonderful place! I have placed two online orders which came beautifully wrapped & with the most delicious complimentary jelly beans! The orders arrived within a few days which was a nice surprise. I visited the store for the first time last week and I was blown away with the variety of products and the amazing customer service. Carly was so friendly & super helpful & gave me some wonderful advice...I cannot wait to return.....thanks again !!

It's my go-to for all my baking needs. The Miss Biscuit team are a brilliant team, always a handy hint with a smile! If you're after a class to attend you should definitely do it!
Impeccable customer service. I ordered an item online that wasn’t in stock, and got a call from someone on the staff the very next morning about it. She recommended me a similar item for only a few dollars more that was actually higher quality and turned out to be perfect for my needs. With express shipping, it arrived two days later. I will definitely order from this store again, and I only wish it was closer so I could go in person!
Wonderful store for all your cookie and cake decorating supplies. The team at Miss Biscuit always show great customer service, are incredibly helpful and go out of their way for all customers. Julia is an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable and the classes are great value for money. I would not go anywhere else for all my decorating needs.
I completed the Beginner Cookie class and I had a wonderful time! I learned some really good skills at a good pace and got to take my new tasty creations home with me. I was able to purchase everything I needed in the store and the staff were able to help with advice on colourings and flavourings to try.

Miss Biscuit and the staff are wonderful! They will go to the moon and back to help you and are always on hand for when you have a mind blank/silly question you need answered. Every order placed has been expertly wrapped , packaged and delivered within a few days! I highly recommend this place for all your cookie , cake and baking needs !
Beautiful shop with the loveliest staff, have been purchasing from them since I did a class last year, can highly recommend them. Everyone is so helpful and they go out of their way to help or recommend products. Julia is a brilliant teacher and shares her knowledge with all her students and customers. There is a huge amount of products to choose from that are all great quality provided they are cared for correctly.
