Very disappointed with person whom I was in contact with - Frank. Made initial contact via phone inquiring about window replacement. Supplied details and came to agreement of viewing job next day and completion day after. A very arrogant person is who my husband personally spoke with. Came to the house, made quote, disrespected us and my pet, making personal remarks to my husband. Definitely not a person I would recommend and who should retire and spend his time @ home as he personally said he is getting old and ends his day @ 3pm. Would not have wasted my time and surely not his. Would not recommend to others and have since searched other source to complete window repair.
I highly recommend this business. He has helped me out twice now and beaten other quotes I have obtained.
