If I could give no stars I would. Paid almost twice as much as we believed they would be reliable and get the job done in about 4 weeks as quoted. But has been almost 5.5 weeks and still waiting. Had to hound them for about 3 weeks just to get an ETA and still couldn't tell us. This has held up our bathroom renovations and costing us so much more money. My bathroom could have been completed by now. Also, still waiting for an ETA.... Update: Took an additional 2 weeks after we got the windows to get the keys for the locks that were already attached to the windows. Also it has been 2 months since we started this and still waiting on fly screens. Buyer beware, if they quote 4 weeks double that (at least).

Delivery Drivers have very bad manners on the road and yell at people when they try and reverse park. Based on my experience of these employees I highly recommended that you don't use the dilvery service of this business.

The kids broke a huge pane in a wooden sliding door. I called Panther Glass the next morning. Darren came out at 7am, took the door away, brought it back at 6pm the same day. He did a beautiful job with it. Highly recommended. Couldn't have asked for better.
