Alicia and Bostock pools were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our particular build wasn't an easy one with a difficult site and the weather didn't help much either. Bostock did their utmost to fulfil all our requests and went above and beyond in keeping to our budget, and we have a stunning product to boot.

Our first purchase with the Bostock team was in 2003. The experience from first contact, construction and after care set up and service was amazing. Since then we have made further purchases as well guided others to work with Bostock. After 17 years we just had outstanding service and attention to our needs. I could not recommend a better company to work with. They have provided on many occasions advice and suggestions and recently assisted with renovations around our Bostock pool.thank you so much
From the moment I contacted Bostock they have been so helpful The communication has been excellent. Alicia was so helpful I only have a very small yard and wasn't sure if I had enough room. She came up measured and I went with a Spa which I am in love with. It is a x Trainer spa the guy they had do my decking has done a wonderful job, The whole lot is 100% now I cant wait to use it. once again I would recommend them and thank them.
From the word go, Alicia and her team were very efficient and accommodating to all our requests. Timelines were kept and in the end we were left with an amazing pool. We also went for the Vantage self cleaning system which keeps our pool clean at all times. The kids cant get enough of it! Highly recommended.
The kids have never had a better summer! The entire process ran to timeframe and price was more then competitive against products that were clearly not comparable to the quality we received. The Bostock team went the extra mile to help with our landscaping and gave sound advice to avoid issues in the future. Best money we have spent! An amazing addition to our lifestyle.
To buy and install a pool was both a daunting decision and a major investment which is why it was so reassuring to have Alicia looking after the whole process. The amazing team at Bostock Pools were an absolute delight to deal with. At every stage from their quotes, site inspection , pool delivery / install their professionalism & experience was on show. Any unforeseen issues / problems that inevitably arise were handled professionally and promptly. We now have ,not only a beautiful pool but also a new relaxed lifestyle around our finished pool.
Like others have said, we were daunted by the idea of a pool. Other companies told us the access was too difficult or couldn't deliver the size/shape we needed to fit our space. Bostock were professional and very efficient. They were patient and took their time walking us through the process to help us make our final decision. As soon as we signed the contract it was all systems go! The turnaround from digging the hole to the kids first swim was only a week! Alicia was on call for any questions I had throughout the process and I would highly recommend her and the team at Bostock. The kids love our pool (as do our neighbours and friends) and we're looking forward to another great summer of fun.
