I have had my self cleaning Compass Pool for four years and absolutely LOVE IT ! The whole process from start to swim was smooth & easy. From my first visit to the amazing display centre at Tomago to the hand over of my completed awesome pool. The entire team at Compass were great to deal with and really helped guide me through the process as well as sorting everything else out along the way. I could not be happier in my decision of choosing Compass as my pool builder and also cannot speak highly enough of the Self cleaning factor, it is a real time saver. Love my pool, thanks Compass

My beautiful backyard oasis was supplied and installed by Compass Pools Newcastle. The process from beginning to end was seamless . The crew were fabulous and their attention to detail was second to none. My site was a difficult sloping site, and their Maxi rib pool was perfect for the spot. Complete with infloor cleaning , heating and all the “bells and whistles “, it is a feature point of my home, and a much used family entertainment area. Thanks to all involved at Compass Pools Newcastle.
Awesome experience with Compass Pools. Never had a pool so I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed with everything. From the start Kelli and her team were honest and upfront with all my queries. Very happy with finished product. Advice for surrounds was spot on. After sale service with Bryce is A1. He answers all my concerns almost immediately and is ready to give advice or even drop in to check on things. Would recommend The Compass Team to anyone.
You honestly can't go past the in floor cleaning system of the Compass pools. I have had another pool with a kreepy crawly and would NEVER go back! The pool is always crystal clear and inviting. From helping me to choose the right pool for my family and my yard, to installation and after sales care, I could not fault everyone at Compass they were very helpful and we love our pool.

5 stars for great quality pool. We absolutely love ours. Only gave 4 stars because after sales support has been terrible. Keep calling and they promise to call back but don't.
