Mark Pollard impressed from our first meeting. With his knowledge & experience he was able to assist us with design & finish ideas to suit our proposed installation. Mark made himself available to answer our questions & concerns in a professional way. With Mark Pollard Pools & Outdoor Designs all aspects from council approval to completion were supervised by Mark who worked on site every day. He kept us fully informed during the install process and was very easy to communicate with. The pool was completed within the proposed install time frame as indicated by Mark. With the completion time, quality of finish, attention to detail, constant supervision & his interaction with us we would highly recommend anyone considering a pool installation to contact Mark. We chose Mark Pollard Pools because of his great reputation for producing quality work. Mark is very easily to deal with and never cuts corners, resulting in a high standard of workmanship. He remained in constant contact throughout the install and was onsite every day from start to finish, ensuring our pool was completed in the quickest time possible. We were never left wondering whether he would be showing up that day or left with an incomplete job for days or weeks on end. We are extremely happy with our pool and would 100% use Mark Pollard pools again. I highly recommend getting the vantage in-floor cleaning system too, absolute gold!
