Such a beautiful property! We had a lovely afternoon enjoying the sun and scenery, while tasting some great reds. Dean was exceptionally attentive. He took the time to find out what we liked and tailored the tasting to our preferences. We found his knowledge of the wines on offer, as well as more generally, made for a very interesting experience. The cheese board was also quite impressive. Thank you Dean!

This winery is Absolutely beautiful !! The wine selection is irresistible !! ..definitely worth the trip! We spent quite some time walking around enjoying the calmness.. we really enjoyed our wine tasting .. Staff was very lovely, friendly and funny!! We couldn't resist getting a few extra bottles ... wine glasses... and a few items from their lovely merchandise !! This place is a little romantic .. so you gotta check it out with your partner !!!

My partner and I visited last week for wine tasting at Pepper Tree and it truly didn't disappoint. We were well looked after by a warm and friendly gentleman who juggled his time between us and another couple quite efficiently. We never felt abandoned at any point in time as the host took us through the interesting details of each red and white wine on the tasting menu. We also had a laugh or two. We bought 2 bottles but will certainly be back for more. The facility was also at an enviable setting and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 hour at the place. We highly recommend Pepper Tree for your wine tasting experience!

My wife and I just enjoyed a most pleasant wine tasting experience! Our host knew his stuff and made us feel extremely welcome, answered all our queries and made for an enjoyable learning experience. We tasted many different wines ... reds, whites and desserts and every one was unique and enjoyable. We left with a few to share with our friends! Thanks for a great experience!! Thoroughly enjoyable.

The winery with it all . Loved the experience Pepper Tree had to offer. Beautiful atmosphere with manicured lawns and gardens. Friendly, funny and knowledgeable staff, live music and pet friendly . We chose the picnic for two and they set us up under a tree on a picnic rug with a cold bottle of sparkling white and loads of pillows. We spent 3 hours there and could have easily stayed longer. We are locals in the area and this would have to be in our top two vineyards

Beautiful cellar door with lots of charm. The garden is so pretty and well managed. The hospitality of this place is without equivalence, Sam is so knowledgeable and knows to make you feeling comfortable and happy to be there. Great wine quality with top shelves old vintage Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. They’ve definitely my recommendation and you should definitely have a stop for a true Hunter Wine Tasting. Merci et à bientôt, Pierre from @Worldwine .

Very beautiful location. The gentleman serving me on the wine tasting was extremely informative and provided great service. A shame I forgot his name, all I know is he used to work in SA before.

My partner and I visited Pepper Tree Wines for my birthday. Firstly I'd love to say how beautiful the location is, the gardens were perfectly maintained and the gardeniers smelt so lovely. The wines were delicious, we were the only ones there as we went a little later in the day so the couple working there had lots of time to tell us about each wine and what it pairs nicely with. They were welcoming and we had a good laugh. Pepper Tree was the first cellar door we went too and it definitely left a wonderful impression.
