From every early email, to every phone call, to literally every single tiny personal interaction when I went in-store, then right down to follow up messages from them, I could not have been happier. On top of that they were dog-friendly people in a dog friendly site! All contributed to me getting exactly the bike and gear that I was looking for. Brad Snijders was great as my go-to salesperson. Booked an appointment to look at a used bike for sale. Arrived to be advised that the sales person we had booked in with was on sick leave. We were told that the bike had been transferred to “head office” that morning as it was going to be transferred to Adelaide for sale. The sales rep told us that the only option is that we put down a deposit “pending inspection” and they would transport the bike back. When we queried why we should put a deposit down on a bike that we an appointment to see the sales rep stated “I am trying to work with you.” Never got anything close to an apology for the mistake, or wasting of our time. Don’t waste your time. Buy somewhere else.

Just want to share the racist experience we had at Peter Stevens. So me and my friend went to the store to buy some gears, just because after the sales guy described the situation and we discussed our opinion between two of us with literally 2 sentences in our mother tongue, the sales guy goes mad, said “if you are not ready to talk to me, go find me later” and just walked away. Seriously peter stevens, if you try to open stores in this multi-raise country，train your sales person properly.

Wow big! Every thing you need in the one place, I was only there to get a new helmet but was not under any pressure to buy anything i didn't need. The guys and girls on the floor where great with all the info. Even hopped on a couple of bike that where WAY out of my price range and i was welcomed to do so. Thanks I will be back.

I know that they are one of the bigger players in the market, but I have never been happy with my treatment from the sales staff. In almost 10 years of interaction they haven't improved. The salesmen are arrogant and the prices are inflated.By all means look at their website, but buy somewhere else.
