Honestly the only useful staff member in the whole company is Carmel They have a wide variety of stock and she is very helpful and friendly and very honest honestly a perfect sales person Now to the massive negatives that bring down such a fantastic review We had our bed delivered by two fellows from bed and dreams *They have left a mess throughout my whole house and they were only assembling a bed in the master bedroom *They left BLOOD on the mattress *Dirt smears on the wall and the Mirror *The delivery fee of 210 you would assume for that price they would take the rubbish and clean up after themselves but when requested to do so they asked for another 80 Then when you try and get the problem fixed you get the number to the warehouse and leave multiple messages for Renee and they do not answer their phone nor return the voicemails Then I go back and see Carmel Less than two days after install and the warehouse manager Mal Is meant to return my call Again there was no call and no communication The only apology came from Carmel who had nothing to do with delivery. Would recommend beds and dreams for their products and for a fantastic sales experience BUT STAY AWAY FROM THEM WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY MASSIVE RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

Carmel is an excellent salesperson and an even better customer rep. She does what she says, finds good deals and keeps a tab till delivery. Highly recommend Carmel at BedsnDreams Penrith and also the Devince and Buddy Beds. Very happy with the product and its functionality

Was happy with service we first received when we purchased our bedroom suit I understand that we are in unprecedented times and that things happen but I do think that there should be more communications with the customer we have waited nearly four months and I have had to ring up the store every time to find out how things were comming a long when I really do think that the store should have a least given an update I understand that people get busy but I really do think it has to change your staff were very helpful when we purchased and friendly but I do think they need to touch base with customer to let them a least know how things are progressing thank you beds and dreams for you service my bedroom suits is being delivered on Tuesday yay very excited
Fantastic service from Beds N Dreams! Good quality bed & service. Due to Covid there was a delay with stock but communication & customer service was fantastic. Delivery driver was also on time. Would definitely buy from Beds N Dreams again.
Michelle was very helpful and professional. She was friendly and easily answered all our questions. She has excellent product knowledge and is a delight to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend her company and personal service.
