The staffs were friendly and helpful. Not too crowded on the day of our visit which was a good thing. Completed red, blue and black courses. Great fun and we enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic range of challenging runs that all had a lot of fun. I was really impressed with the staff, as they were friendly and very helpful (fortunately they did not have to save me from any disasters). Although it is tempting, be wary of assuming you can just go the black (most challenging) run straight away, as we saw some people do. Spend some time there and work your way up - even the least difficult runs are lots of fun. We visited on a very hot day, and even though most of the course is in shade, the physicality of it (and okay maybe a few scary runs) meant we were drenched with sweat by the end. But we had a ball, Thanks to the team (oh and the prices are very good for the value that you get).

Its the kind of adventure that we were after, its challening, fun and exciting. Staff were friendly and understanding. Highly recommend this activity. They have courses for all ages and fitness level. We thought we could do this in 2.5 hours but we couldn't complete all the obstacle course .Recommend 3.5 hours.

Whatever you do, don’t book the last session. It says 2.5 hours but after 1 hour 45min the staff begin to tell people that they are no longer allowed to start a new course as there is not enough time before your time runs out. My son was stopped part way through a course and had to go back with a staff member as they said there was insufficient time left to do a longer course. This was at 4.10pm. Theoretically he should have 50 mins left. We had paid for our time to be spent climbing. We later found out that the facility has to close up at 4.45pm so therefore customers should not be paying for 2.5 hours at this time as you only effectively get 1.5 hours. We complained to staff but their attitude was not very understanding, one even said “that’s not my problem”. We were not the only customers upset by this. There were three groups of us leaving at the same time and we all left feeling the same way.

This was a fantastic experience for my almost 5 year old. The staff were great teaching the little kids how to do the courses. We went back another day bcos we had so much fun. Take lots of water/drinks and snacks as there is no shops or toilets without walking 10 or so minutes back to the gate

Fantastic fun even in the rain. Each course has its own challenges and the zips lines are the best. Peter and Mack were fantastic instructors and even rescued the kids a couple of times. Thanks for a great morning.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the staff name Abbey. It’s a great pleasure for “Trees Adventure”, to have the staff like this. We had a very good weekend there. To Abbey: Thanks for the exception you made and thanks for your time, We feel sorry for the delay. You deserve 5 star comment. I hope we meet again someday, somewhere (with no delay) lol...

A hidden gem. A unique treetops experience with real rock climbing and lovely views of the water and the zoo below. Great customer service. Check out the gift shop for a good quality feed after your adventure (best hotdog of my life so far)
