Just a short note to say AMAZING! of the recent install of our Paradise Room. What a phenomenal transformation of the space, we couldn't be happier. I have to say that the craftsmanship provided by Colin, is without doubt one of the best installs I’ve ever seen, he’s an asset to HV Aluminium. Again, from a VERY happy HV Aluminium customer, thank you for an amazing extension and use of this space. An internal flush mounted strip heater will be installed in coming days making this space even more homely.

HV Aluminium built a paradise room last week at the back of our new house that runs along our Kitchen, dining and lounge area. Workmanship was great, built within a week, cannot fault construction. We went for single skin roof to fit our budget. Soon after roof went up, we noticed our kitchen and dining area were dark to the point of needing to turn lights on during the day. Plenty of sunlight filtered into the area prior to the build. We did not realise we would be losing natural light to this extent. I asked the construction worker if we can have some clear roof panels to let the light in, I was told it should have been discussed at time of design and it would have been the same cost to do so. However, now they would have to remove the roof from one end to make the change. I’m left with a big dilemma now as to whether to ask HV Aluminium for another quote or to shop around for another company to change the roof panels. I was told putting skylights may not be possible on single skin roof. Now we have a beautiful paradise room but dark kitchen with no natural light. Just writing this so people are aware that you will need to ask to see and discuss customisations to fit your considerations, as we were not presented with anything other than the standard and the eclipse room (much more expensive) prior to signing.

Average job, looks good, just don't look too closely Engaging HV Aluminium to replace plastic screens in an outdoor room with glass windows was an interesting experience. The expectation was for a quality job from a reputable company with promises made to ensure a good job with no fuss. Though i am not one to write on reviews, people should be aware to take more care with contracts with HV aluminium and be very specific to write down any verbal discussions with salespeople. I enquired that new windows would be in same position as old ones so as not to have any extra cost for floor tiling as tiles couldn't be matched. and this did not happen. I have slider door not level, screen doors hard to close and an incorrect opening window (all these I was willing to accept) but 2 badly damaged tiles from careless installation I could not accept. HV have outright refused to replace broken tiles and their only offer to "rectify works" was to cover up damage with a wide metal strips. No negotations, none. I have paid them in full today and engaged others to repair the job at my own cost as it is not the end of the world. Am sure the online reply will be very professional :-)

Would not use HV Aluminium. Overpriced and clear lack of communication and compassion. 1200 Deposit paid by by my sick mother who is in and out of hospital with chemotherapy for cancer treatment wishes to cancel contract. She understands will loose deposit. Confirmed with you that NO materials have been cut and no works commenced and you still refuse to consider. So your company will get 1200 for essentially a callout. Supposed to be free measure and quote, persuaded to sign to get "good price" Have started dealings with fair trading.

However, the accolades go to Greg the constructor, fabulous workmanship to the millimetre, highly recommend this team to get a great job done for my BBQ area and the Cabana on the pool deck, looks a million dollars.
