My mother in-law just passed got behind 1 week back and forth between Aus and NZ new about my bill.. they went took 2 payments from my bank no word nothing cheers for that..now you took my last money which was only 100 for my food and gas to get to work..

When they were in Southport (moved on from there now I think),they ripped me off!! I was told after a very traumatic experience I arranged over the phone for them to come & pick the television set up from my home I could no longer live in due to a flood,the lady was so rude to me!! Then as I paid monthly direct debits through my bank account they told me when I informed them re my financial hardship & it was 1/2 way through the month-I needed half what I paid back they told me"we can't as it's a monthly fee"?! I was paying so much for it when if I'd had an option at the time I moved in-which of course with the timing I didn't have the money to buy brand new when moving in &/or from an "op shop" hence why I hired through them- big mistake!! Recommend re their underhanded tactics on me as a long-time customer who should've got some money returned from all the service & how much I spent to rent the television in the first place..

Either they're not open on saturdays or they do not know how to answer their phones, I have been calling since 9am and its now 10:05am..
