Patricia and David have been beyond helpful. I purchased the all terrain knee walker which has been extremely comfortable during my recovery from surgery. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the tyre. I called in to let them know and without hesitation they fixed the issue and were empathetic towards my situation. Such great customer service - I would highly recommend them.

Nature of ingredients

Incorrect information and prices provided on the phone. When I arrived and politely queried this, they treated me like an angry and irate customer. I was told to take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it (this was at 5pm when all other places would be shut) and the wheelchair was desperately needed for early the next morning. The owner also made a joke about my circumstances and lacked empathy. The customer service was slow and inefficient. I returned the wheelchair a couple of days later. They were not friendly and very blunt... but they did give me a full refund on the security deposit. I'm wanting to believe that their customer service is normally better and that they were having a bad week. I've never written a bad review before but felt compelled to do so in the hopes that others will not experience the same and that the owners will in the future try to improve their services. Could not respond to owners comments. Owner believes review was left in error. The address listed on the website is where I got the wheelchair from. Same attitude. Same place.

Great that you have parking right out the front of your Shop. When I visited with Mum, yesterday, it was so easy getting in and out and choosing a new walker. Fantastic help with caring and patient staff. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience. Trish

Supplied faulty toilet riser then refused to give refund, will only replace item. Promise to return call, never happened. The owner prefers to argue rather than try and work things out. Matter now with Fair Trading
