What a shame that customer service from Alison was so poor. We were on the lot for some time, sat in cars and finally walked into the showroom. We had to approach her, she never bothered to get up from her busy desk and then when we enquired about prices she asked for budget and when we said our budget she rudely said she had nothing without even asking anything else. Felt dismissed! Drove to Allan Mackay Autos - great service and voila over budget but car purchased because they cared and asked questions As they said in pretty woman “you’re on commission aren’t you?”
