I find it a miracle that Ensign at Mosman would sell any boats ever. After settling on a show time suitable to them only i finally got to see a boat. I had 3 conversations with Andy who only had the catch phrase I'M THE MANAGING DIRECTOR The engine could not be started because it was against company policy. To put in an offer which had to be emailed even though we were at the ensign office, I had to give a deposit. Amateurs.

We had a really great experience with Ensign - the brokers were professional, knowledgeable, they went above and beyond and always went the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they hunted for the right boat for me, arranged for lessons, put us in touch with the right tradies for when we got some detailing work, slipping done etc. I went to many other brokerages and kept going back to Ensign because they actually cared about doing a good job and their customers. If you want to buy a boat go to Ensign. I will sell my boat when the time comes and I upgrade to a bigger one.
Comforting to know that there are still some honest people in the world !
