Michael Brown and his team are phenomenal. The banks have increased the amount of paper work to purchase a property but the team guide you through every step of the way. The best thing is they understand your preferences and then work within that to get the best deal. I have already recommended to all my friends and would recommend to all. Michael was exceptionally helpful. Above and beyond. Unfortunately my existing broker made a few mistakes on the application and failed to disclose some items. He was unwilling to discuss ways of amending it and left me high and dry. Not only did Michael review in detail what occurred. He provided detailed steps on how to fix it. Not only that he suggested to avoid further difficulty upon myself that I finish off the loan with the existing broker. No attempt to try and move the sale over to himself. Michael is a model broker with high values. I wish him all the best and look forward to contacting him when seeking new loans.
