TL;DR Overall Hunter Galloway was extremely professional, efficient and trustworthy. I would not have been able to get my amazing first home without them. I recently bought my first home and used Hunter Galloway as my brokers after suggestions from family and friends. I approached them early on in my endeavours to acquire a house when I wasn’t even sure if I was capable of doing so. I dealt primarily with Nathan and Blake throughout my home purchasing journey. Nathan provided me so much guidance and information from our very first meeting and was very quick to respond to any questions and queries I may have (which there was a lot). I looked for a house for roughly a year. During that time I had one serious offer that got to the contract signing stage before it fell through. Nathan was very quick to give me the information I needed to make a competitive offer but the contract fell through due to B&P. My second offer (the home I got) Nathan was quickly able to provide me the figures and my financial limit so I could make competitive offers. Once the contract was signed Nathan queried what sort of loan I was after with plenty of information and ultimately managed to get a great loan with St George that personally suited me and my financial needs. Along the way Blake walked me through all the documents I needed to sign. He was super patient and very fast to act on anything that needed to be done. He clearly and concisely told me what each document was and was patient with me throughout. Their YouTube channel, webinars, one on one meetings and their book managed to provide me with AMPLE information and while I don’t think I needed all that information as they were so informative, it was nice to have it for those moments I felt I was in the dark at night and needed clarity. Overall Hunter Galloway was an extremely professional, efficient and trustworthy Broker and I would not have been able to get my amazing first home without them.

The Hunter Galloway team is extraordinary! They know exactly what they are doing. Their YouTube videos are very informative and helpful. From the initial conversation to the final steps, we were guided very well. Communication from the team was remarkable, we never had to chase anything or worry about anything at all. The online platform used for documents is very streamlined and straightforward. They are also very honest and won’t pressure you to choice a bank over another.
