This firm only cares about getting paid and has no concern for their clients being treated justly, they simply wanted the case done with so they could get paid. Jacquelyn the Solicitor spoke to me briefly and got me to sign paperwork only to disappeared totally until she was instructed to contact me while I was in jail. Prior to court I hear very little from her apart from an email that dictated what my character references could say, prior to court she decided not to submit character references and did nothing to research my case. Was told a Barrister Danial Cash would speak to me about the case prior to court, he called and spoke to me for 15 minutes at 9.30 pm the night before the hearing. I stated clearly that I should not be going to jail for asking a police officer a question, this was final. Danial arrived at court the next day 15 minutes before court with out his proper attire for court, he carried on about the magistrate being changed at the last minute for an ex-police officer. He did not seem to have any idea what paperwork had been lodged on my behalf and kept carrying on about not having his wig. Danial did nothing and said very little, allowing the judge to sentence me to a week in a maximum security prison. I was to find out later that they had made no effort to submit any type of appeal papers in the month leading up to the court case, despite it being necessary to to so if you wished to appeal an excessive sentence. I spoke to a senior partner and was told he saw nothing wrong with how my case had been dealt with, showing no real concern for how disorganized Danial was on the day of the hearing. They say they are all about justice when in reality all they care about is money and keeping the status quo.
