When I first came to Marsden's, I was at a very low ebb, I was at a very real risk of losing my daughter during a very bitter custody battle. I first met Brett who helped me enormously. I was then introduced to Joanne and Andrew. Joanne has a lot of experience with Chinese people which helped me enormously. Andrew became my main solicitor. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. If he is unsure he will always find out rather than make a mistake. He is empathetic and caring and makes you feel you are his only client. He is always available by phone and if not will always call you back. His advice has been invaluable; he guided me through the very long process of the family court system with complete professionalism and patience. He would check in on me even if there was no court date coming up. I felt he was always on my side and I am 100% convinced if I hadn't met Andrew and the Marsden team there is a very real chance I would have very limited contact with my daughter whereas I now have her on a 50/50 basis. Marsden organised a payment plan which gave me the financial support to continue with my case. There are no words I can use to describe the thanks I feel every time I look at my daughter.
