Ranjeet was able to get a Migration Agent to refund some fees that they had charged us by 'mistake'. She saw this error and highlighted this, when we brought up the matter with the Agent in Kuala Lumpur, they quietly refunded the monies. This displayed her high standard of integrity in her work. We then used her firm to defend us against the Westpac banks refusal to release the final payment to our builder, and they paid once she wrote to them. We also used her services as a settlement agent. In every instance, she was professional and very knowledgeable and gave us great value for the reasonable professional fee charged. We will certainly use this legal firm in all our future deals.
When we first moved to Perth 3 years ago, my husband and myself have some issues with Westpac Bank on our home loan, thank god we met Mrs. Ranjeet and she's so helpful to take up this matters for us and help us to handle with Westpac.
