TLDR; Bought a new 1500mm x 1500mm corner sit to stand desk. Fantastic desk, great service. Buy Direct Online has a really good array of products, which allowed my picky side to get the desk I really wanted. All set up, works a treat. Took two people to construct, but otherwise pretty straight forward. Service was also brilliant. Found that when I requested as part of the package that someone build the desk for me, that the service was not available at the time due to COVID. Communication over the matter was fast and resolved in a couple of emails. Refund for that portion of the service was handled that day. Delivery was only a few days after as it was coming straight from a supplier (which was also communicated very clearly). The driver arrived with my desk at around 9:15, gave a call prior to to let me know they were on their way and rough time of arrival. When I was unpacking the boxes, I got confused by one of the manuals for the electronic legs as it looked like it was for the wrong model. Called the driver, and he patiently explained how it worked and why it looked like it belonged elsewhere. Had all the right parts, just need to read all instructions together next time! Fantastic service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new office desk.

A replacement chair for my home office was my first purchase from BuyDirectOnline. The website is easy to navigate with all the key information displayed clearly. I had a question that I asked via email, which was promptly and professionally answered providing all the information I needed without having to seek clarification. The chair is firm and supportive, the adjustments are exhaustive as far as I can tell.. there isn't much more you can get out of a chair. However, the adjustments for the back rest and arm rests could do with a bit of rethinking. To reset them, you lift them all the way up, this makes it quite hard to get both arm rests to the same height, and the back rest will often go too-high and drop back to the lowest setting while I'm moving back in my seat. Otherwise a great chair comparable with more premium furniture.

Need to buy 1 ergonomic chair and 1 task. Comparing various websites. Found this one. But ergonomic is very costly. Like task chair. But preferred to buy from one supplier. Same ergonomic chair available on some other seller at cheaper price.
