They use floor stock to move damaged mattresses. I purchased a mattress and was told only that people have sat on it and gave me 50% off as floor stock. When delivered found damaged, rang store and was basically told too bad. No one would pay 1399 for a damaged mattress. Never buy anything from them.

Sends faulty products and if you request refund or exchange , Area manager is ready with threatening and accuse customers for making the damage . Horrible place. Read other reviews before deciding to shop

I bought a beautiful queen size mattress plus a whole new bedroom suite for my son... with thanks to Brendan, I got a fantastic deal and I can't remember the last time I had such great nights sleep... Brendan certainly listened to what my needs were and helped me select the perfect mattress... my son is absolutely stoked with his new bedroom and the quality is fantastic.. the delivery guys were lovely and helped me by putting the mattress in place ... I'll definitely be back for any future needs

Worst experience, avoid this place at all costs. Was stuffed around with delivery and instal. The salesman was very rude and gets very nervous under pressure and cracks, then starts turning on you and abusing you. The worst store to go to
