Good commute, convenient.

Clean, convenient, good announcements, ... however, the female staff member that shouted at the passenger in wheelchair then nearly had a coronary when carrying the wheelchair ramp was a disturbing experience. Some HR rethinks required at Mascot Station.

It's the 7 minute station. Regardless of when you come it is always 7 minute wait.

I don't usually catch public transport. About a little over a week ago, I had to catch the train to Mascot station. Being 8 months pregnant, I had trouble walking as my legs were heavily swollen from being on my feet for too long. Before exiting the gates at Mascot station, I made an enquiry with the conductor at the station. As I was walking off he made the most disgusting comment at me telling me that "maybe I should try to loose some weight". This is an appaulling thing to say to anyone let alone a pregnant woman. Being heavily pregnant I am a size 12, not exactly big. This morning I approached the same guy and asked to see the station master and lodge a complaint about him. He refused to give me his badge number and informed me that the station master was not in and he was the only personnel available. When asked for his name he said it was John, who knows if that is even true...He is the bearded guy standing by the gate in a hi vis orange vest. Whilst catching public transport no one needs to be harrassed or fat shamed. Hopefully this review can reach the appropriate cityrail personnel/s who can do something about the customer service at Mascot Train Station
