Lifestyle Mobility are very keen to sell to you, and will be super helpful during that process. But when something goes wrong and you need any sort of maintenance? Their service is suddenly horrendous. I thankfully haven't had to deal with them for a while since switching to a far more reliable company for maintenance, but when I needed something fixed the 1st time, it took me 2 weeks to be able to get through to them, including countless calls and multiple emails. The second time I needed help because the batteries they had supplied for my scooter were faulty, they ran me around for weeks, tried to trick me by replacing them with a brand of batteries i didnt ask for, then tried to charge me the difference based on the price of the batteries I actually wanted rather than the cost of the batteries they tried to give me. Avoid at all costs.

I live in Brisbane, and there were heaps of Mobility Scooters shops here, I rang them and they could not help me because of my size and height. I went on google and found Lifestyle Mobility Scooters and I noticed they had the right scooter for larger guys, I phone them and they were very helpful from the start and they help me out, and I purchase a Trek Titan mobility scooter, from this company. I found the staff working here r great, friendly, and had a great sense of humour. There is 1 staff member that help me out from the start, thanks Rebecca.
i am very happy with my freedom powered wheel chair. bev was a great help and gave me lots of friendly help. if i need anything more i will certainly go there again. i big thanks to all the staff. toby
Pegasus Metro Perth WA A great big thanks go Matt and staff for assisting me with my new scooter. It goes like a dream, smooth, ever so quiet, and easy to operate. The colour is fantastic. I can't believe how quick it arrived , worth every cent. Best birthday present I've given myself.
I regret so much for ever buying from this company, if I could warn people from buying from this horrible company, I would! They don't honour the warranty, they lie and cheat and drag us customers along, I got no answers to where my scooter was and was just to be told its on its way, that's not good enough and then when I found out that my order was "lost" and they had to order another one but when I called freight company they said its never even been picked, and then when I needed a warranty repair, I was sick to death of chasing them, I paid for it myself. What a disgusting company, I have spoken to so many people who have bought from LIFESTYLE MOBILITY SCOOTERS and they all think the same thing, the sales man Matt even took my money before I said too, he asked for my card details to take a small deposit to secure the price because it was such a great deal and he took the whole darn amount! Matt is a pushy arrogant horrible man. People I hope you read this, do more research and find another company, the prices aren't even that good. Zero start rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After dealing with underhanded, unscrupulous, and unhelpful mobility centres, I was very delighted to find this mob. I live in regional Queensland and they are in Adelaide. Even tho they are so far away, and I could not see the scooter, I gave the salesman my measurements and discussed my needs and I put my trust in him and have received a PERFECT scooter. Where I come from, this is trust and service doesn't exist . The follow up with finance, and continuing contact with the company (from their side) to ensure everything is ok, is wonderful. I WILL VERY HAPPILY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS GENUINE, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND SUPPORT, with a lot of friendliness, to anyone, from any state. Thank you Lisa, Rebecca and all staff for a great experience.
I was told a phone call will take 30 minutes, it never came. I was told they would send me a letter it never came! Can I trust them maybe if they followed through with what they say their going to do and do it! Sad management needs to step up to create customers that will comeback.
The quality of service from the minute we were considering buying a scooter until delivery has been outstanding. I highly recommend lifestyle mobility scooters to everyone.
