Really bad QC, my brand new dishwasher broken and leaks in 3 mth, and it’s only because of a plastic part broken, and I have to wait for 10days for the spear part to come in and just a part that I need to put it back by myself, if I had any other chance to make another decision for my dishwasher, I will never ever choose Ilve any any more! Super disappointed.

Very disillusioned with this companies products and service. Purchased a brand new apartment with brand new Ilve appliances after saving for 5 years. The Ilve oven was faulty which caused the electricity to go out in the whole apartment. This has cost me 400 for the tenants electrician call out. They have fixed the problem with the oven but refuse to compensate me for the cost of the electrician call out, despite the fact that their brand new product was faulty and caused the error. Disappointed to say the least.

Customer service provided by Marcus was absolutely appalling! Absolutely disgusted with his approach to customers! Extremely rude! Intimidating and showed attitude when asked for help. Proved no help to a customer who was excited to shop in your store. Extremely disappointed and saddened by the way Marcus carried himself and the way he spoke to a customer so rudely. Will be informing family and friends to not shop with Marcus!
After installing an oven in April last year we experienced damage to our brand new cabinetry due to a fault with the oven hinge. This was acknowledged as a design issue by Ilve. Ilve initially seemed to take responsibility for the issue and asked us to get a quote from the installer to fix the damage which we did. We submitted our quote to them. After six weeks of no response to emails and failing to take our calls, Ilve now seem to be pursuing any argument to avoid their responsibility: not their fault; quote is too high; we didn’t inform them early enough. Feel free to buy Ilve, but please think carefully about whether you ever need to rely on their post sale support.
Appliance ILVE products are inferior/bad quality & design - My personal experience As part of my house package Microwave, Dishwasher , rangewoods etc..(complete package from MOJO homes), I have lot of issues with most of the ILVE products, below are the details. Microwave: Microwave stopped working with in few months after installation. Fortinutely, it was replaced under warranty around (2018) but the heating primary feature is not working as expected. Additonal now the start button is also broken. Rangehood: In 1st week of may 2020, the rangehood stopped. Called ilve they said it is out of warranty it is just under 3 years. Called autorized Technician to check as per Ilve and they said motor stopped working & also switch board control stopped working to replace they quoted me around 550 to 700 AUD. Cooktop: 2nd week of June 2020,The ignitor Cooktop(Stove) started continuosly making sparking/ticking noises, we made sure the cooktop is completely clean/dry but the issue still persists. Dishwasher: This dishwasher doen't clean at all. Inspite of trying different options the dishes still remain dirty. Overall my experience with the ILVE products are terrible ,bad quality and basic design flaws, So highly recommend not to buys the ILVE products. Thanks Hari
Terrible customer service. No resolution to warranty job for an ILVE dishwasher after chasing for three months to date. Rude consultant terrible communicator and swearing in front of my wife and baby due to his own errors. Shocked by this experience with a supposed luxury company. Would never want to deal with them again in future.
