dont waste your time, they never answer phone for a start, then seem disinterested and you have to explain to them the same thing on many occasions then the fob you onto another orgainsation.
Legal aid is really only there to expedite matters. Don't get me wrong the people there are excellent, it is the injustice system that is all sorts of messed up!
The worst would say sack the lot of them may aswell represent yourself got a better chance
Called Helen from legal aid she is working from home was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. Now 1.30pm and she finished work TAX PAYERS money.
