Had my case started with the parramatta office since July 2019. I’ve been through 3 lawyers and onto my 4th now. Only seen 1 lawyer twice in July last year and the only thing that’s been done since then is I spoke about my case. Over 1year has passed And this is terrible service for me. Just throwing my case onto different lawyers and I keep saying my story over and over to the point I rang up another firm to complain and they got a lawyer from parramatta to contact me. In over 14months I’ve had 4 different lawyers as old ones keep leaving. So fed up with this office so very unprofessional. I think they are studying students who know nothing and are put to work there. Waste of time!!

The person I spoke to either did not understand my situation and the line of questioning I was presenting, or did not have the skill or motivation to find me any form of answer that was even related to what I was saying. Incredibly bizzare experience, very disappointing. Employees need to be either selected more carefully, or offered more training or resources to deploy as they're handling cases.

Scam artists who couldn't get a job in a real law firm. Making coffee. They just prey on middle class children like vultures.
