From the very first call to CBS I was impressed. Ken and the team now how to treat customers. I was kept informed through the whole process. The workmanship is the best I have seen from a panel shop in a very long time. My car looks new again. I highly recommend CBS & will be referring all my friends & family to CBS. I dealt with Ken the most, he is very polite and helpful. He was prompt to reply to my messages and the car work that was needed was done without delay. My only issue with them is that they fixed a window in my car that had collapsed without doing a thorough check to see if there were other issues with it that needed to be addressed. They fixed what was visible only but then realised that there was a bigger issue with it which was going to cost me another 1000 on top of the 900 I had already spent fixing it in the first place. I used their services twice.

My experience with Ken and Car Beauty Salon has been excellent throughout. From the initial consultation, to explaining how the claims process works since I’ve never claimed before, to generating the quote (and providing a nice little discount) and providing updates in between, everything was explained to me in detail and with professionalism. My car looks brand new now after the repair and I will definitely go back to see Ken and the team for future repair jobs!
I have been using this service for the past 15yrs from the time the previous owner Rob Sheen was running his Lane Cove business, when Rob retired Car Beauty Salon bought over the business but they have kept the service to the same top high level standard and have even expanded their service line and their operations. Having a few cars in the family, I have had to use CBS smash repairs a few times. Ken Abe and his team have always been amazing, reliable, high-touch care, providing very prompt quality/detailed work to its best. My Japanese and European made cars have always come out looking as new. I never had to look back or check elsewhere even though my insurance provider have asked to use their own smash repairs on several occasions.
