Going to High Spirits has changed my life. What is taught there, and how it is taught in such a delightful manner, has helped me to dream BIGGER than I ever imagined could be possible. I always wanted to learn Kahuna, and there are a few schools in Australia, but this is by far the most profoundly healing for personal growth and development. And it's FUN. Throughout my life I had been subjected to domestic violence, witnessed substance abuse and particularly alcoholism. It has taken me (and still is taking) a long time to recover and heal from the traumas in my past. What High Spirits has taught me goes beyond words and accolades. I know that the professional massage skills I've learnt have enabled me to start my own business. Thanks to Mette and her wonderful team, I believe in myself more and more each day.
