It's definitely 5 star and worth a visit... Great place to buy quality tools and parts that you may require for project or repair job... Great prices Was open all though covid with mask wearing

I've rated 3 stars only because either there's not enough staff or because they think I don't need assistance. Most times I do need help and having to always chase a staff member. Gone are the days where customer service was important.
Must say there seems to be a culture he of not being proactive in assisting customers. They stand at the counter chatting or on there phones whilst customers walk around the shop trying to work out what to buy. Not the first time I have encountered this. There was a young lady there 6 months ago that was very helpful. Pick up your game Booval.

Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff; vast array of electrical, electronic goods & parts. I was able to purchase what I wanted. A good experience.

I was in this store about 4 minutes prior to close time today (27/05/2020), I knew that I was getting a can of Duster Gas so I probably would have taken up at least 2 minutes, on my arrival I was greeted by a male worker, he was nice and helped me immediately great guy, but the reasoning behind my 2 star rating was his co-worker, female, brown hair didn't catch her name however was quite rude making this remark "Coming in here right on 5:30" however I arrived in store at 5:25 leaving no later than 5:30, it was a very snarky remark made towards me as a customer, I did respond with "Actually it's 5:27" I see it as a "Treat others how you would like to be treated" situation, I left the store quite mad about it and was not happy about her service therefore only getting a 2 star rating, I would have given higher but that was just ridiculous.
