Needed replacement lights for existing large square downlights. Ken at Auburn assisted greatly in providing options for a much better look than we had hoped, at a great price. Very quick delivery. I have used Best Buy Lighting before, and will definitely be using them again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR! ATROCIOUS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! The owner, Jenny, called me after I exchanged a broken light and YELLED at me stating that I returned a light that was not in original condition. It was a faulty product that was irreparable. Who on earth calls their customers to yell at them because they’re concerned that they won’t get a refund from the manufacturer?? I paid more than the cost of that light to get the electrician back in put in the replacement light! My only response is I will never go back to her shop! PETTY MINDS. Checkout all the other 1 Star rating reviews. They all say the same thing about their “service”.

I had ordered a few pendants and vanity lights but when the parcel was delivered there were no globes for pendants though they were included as per website description. I sent a quick message and sales team shortly organised globes delivery. Definitely will go on their website for my next purchase!

Excellent point of sale service but their true colours show if you need after sales service or support. One of the concrete outdoor lights we bought crumbled whilst being installed by the electrician. We had to take it back for an exchange which the lovely sales assistant helped with and all seemed well. Then a week later the lady owner calls my husband to berate him for bringing back a faulty light. Screamed and yelled down the phone at him that because we had painted the light, they lost money as they couldn’t claim back their cost from the manufacturer. She was so worked up that my husband had to tell her to calm down. Disgusting behaviour. Such small, closed minded business owners who just think about the immediate dollar signs. Aside from the fact that we spent close to 500 and would gladly have returned for future needs. They do not understand the value of customer rapport, loyalty, goodwill and repeat business which overall would have far outweighed the 90 RRP of that one faulty light. Shame on you Best Buy Lighting.
