Overall, I am pleased with my purchases from Bay Sports. I purchased several items in the same order and they all arrived packed inside the kayak. As the items were all lumped together, it was hard to figure out which parts were for which item. This was compounded by nothing having assembly instructions (and a list of what is included with each item). The manual that came with the kayak covered 4 different kayaks, but the kayak that I purchased was not included. I.e.: there was no information relating to the securing of the flap drive into kayak, nor was there any information relating to the assembly of the rudder or any other information relating to the supplied kayak . Support gave the reason for this, to be that this is a new model... but why would you sell a new model with no owner's manual or assembly instructions? I'm still waiting to receive an explanation of why the flap drive appears to require two additional bolts to secure it, but nothing was supplied. The kayak does appear to have a very good build quality and is very well priced. Support are not fast to respond... on one occasion I waited several days for a response and as previously mentioned, I'm still waiting on a final response to my question in relation to the additional bolt holes in the flap drive (and have been waiting for several weeks).

Air Glide 385 - 3.85M Single Inflatable Kayak purchased in January 2021 for my husbands birthday. Even giant men can use this with safety and ease The Airglide is AMAZING! Super simple to inflate and deflate. Everything is exactly as advertised. It is strong and easily carries my 6ft 5in tall hubby who is also a fairly heavy 130kg. Even he sits up high out of the water when he uses it. Which is exactly why we purchased. We wanted something safe and easy to use and transport that will accommodate a mountain of a man in it. Our inflatable kayak is awesome. I’m so glad I did a lot of research into inflatables before choosing this brand. It’s the lightest, strongest and easiest to inflate. It’s super roomy too and we are both 6 foot tall and large framed. We have done both sea and lake trips with great success. I highly recommend this product. The seats are super comfy too and give you some added height enabling easier paddle strokes.
I purchased a Airglide 410 double inflatable kayak and at 67 I thought maybe a bit difficult for me. The inflation and set up went smoothly and on the water with my wife and I after a little bit of adjustment all good , tracked well and also stable, we did a 5k paddle and no divorce .Highly recommend, great dealing with Bay Sports all as promised

Awesome. From the time of order, notifications regarding delivery, and after sales service, we could not be happier. The board is easy to setup, use and pack away. The board is very stable, making it a breeze for all the family. I would, and have, recommended this board to family and friends.
Exactly what I needed! Great price, arrived within a few days, works really well. Don’t buy one of those useless “on top” trolleys, this is the one you should get.
I have been out kayaking in my Slider 410 a few times now and I am impressed. The portability and compact nature of this kayak were important to me as I have limited storage and wanted to be able to easily transport the kayak. The 410 has fulfilled these requirements really well. The other important thing in choosing the 410 was that the size was really good being able to accomodate both a single paddler or two paddlers. The size seems ideal for both. The 410 takes about 15 minutes to fully setup and inflate using the hand pump provided (very easy). I can lift and set up easily on my own. When inflated the shell is really firm and the kayak looks really good. The drop stitch technology certainly delivers a hull which looks and feels like a hard shell. In the water it tracks well, is manoeuvrable and moves well. The Slider 410 seems well made. I have no real concerns about puncturing as the hull is well protected with a durable fabric. I will be interested in the longevity of the 410 and whether the kayak will still be viable in several years time. The 410 has delivered a great experience and I’d certainly recommend it.
