Great customer service. I'm a long time road runner switching to trails and the lady who helped me was really patient and provided good information on the sort of shoes that would be best suited for me. After about trying on eight pairs of shoes, we found the perfect fit. I tried the shoes on a trail and they're amazing. Definitely recommend them, especially if you're just switching to trail running.
Have shopped in store and online. They have a great range, plenty of help was offered and the team had good product knowledge. Great store to check out while in Hobart and with quick online delivery to Melbourne I will definitely shop again.
After visiting three other camping stores in hobart and trying on multiple pairs of hiking boots for my next adventure, it was clear that Find Your Feet was the best store of the lot. They stocked the best range of boots, prices were comparable, but at the end of the day, it was the fast, knowledgeable and friendly service that convinced me to spend my there. These guys have been my favourites for a long time now but they still surprise me with their outstanding service!
Find Your Feet, located in Hobart, is without doubt the most community active running shop that I have come across anywhere in Australia. The shop sells all the outdoors gear that you could possibly want, but its in their tours and their innovative community activities that they excel. One of the nifty things that they do is their running patches. Select runs around the state are made into patches, and when you have done the run you front up and get a parch for the run. I have started collecting them and its a cool way to recognise your achievement. They have a real focus on the wild places in Tassie so if your in town on holidays, or your a local, the friendly crew all love to talk about getting out into the wilder places. My favourite run in Tassie, the Tarn Shelf Loop in Mt Field NP is being made into a patch, can't wait for that one.

Bought some stuff online from these guys and had a great experience. Had searched high and low for some specific Patagonia stock which was out of stock everywhere except here. Online shopping experience was good, easy to use and delivery was quick to VIC and free (over 100). At the time of writing they give first time buyers a generous discount of 20% on their site which was awesome. They even hand wrote a message on the delivery card with an additional discount for next purchase. Nice touch!
Very impressive. Great gear, and staff who know what they're talking about because they're runners too. All that, and still prices that are about as good as anything you can get online.
