I'm new to disability products so I'm glad that I had my OT with me to help me choose the right things to get. The staff were super helpful and the options were vast. Whether you are a new or seasonal veteran to Mobility products i would recommend a visit to Aidacare.

Aidacare in Mercer Street is a huge shop and very well set out. They have a vast supply of different types of walkers, motorised scooters and all the accessories or products you need when mobility of any kind becomes a concern. Staff are attentive and the entire shopping experience there was 5 stars.

very mixed thoughts, shop is great and spacious, we seemed to have to deal with Paul when ever we were shopping and found him to be very quiet, not terribly informative ( our O/T that was with us did more talking, ), on one occasion he showed us the overbed tables, then when we turned around he was gone . This time we purchased a bed, order wrongly done, had to be corrected after seeing problem, what a muck up with delivery. We were given 5 different days and it finally arrived on the 6th.. thank goodness the guys that delivered were excellent., and nothing was a problem.. I must admit I am hesitant to return to shop again due to attitude in the store by staff member. Phone calls were also not returned and boy that phone can ring for ages. Such a shame as it is a great store for particularly disabled to shop in.
