High Quality Bouldering Gym - great problem setting - new and varied holds - beautiful interior. This was a surprise pleasure. One of the nicer bouldering gyms we’ve been to and comparable in style, taste and setting to Urban Climb West Ends new bouldering gym, Owner and setters should be very proud - excellent routes, charming new decor and stunning skin blistering holds of all shapes and sizes. Great seperate cafe area, preschool children’s zone .. tilt training wall and and gym area. Clearly new, the gym has been thoughtfully designed and will be a huge treat for climbers living in or visiting the Sunshine Coast. Bravo!

The best indoor bouldering facility on the Sunshine Coast! Aside from the abundance brilliant walls with carefully thought out climbs, there are great facilities like couches and tables and a yoga/warm up area. There's something for everyone and plenty of different walls so you can build up your strength. I'm an intermediate climber and I found many climbs that challenged me just enough and got ones I didn't think I'd get. The staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Seriously, this is a gym that is the worth the extra bit of travel to get there. Flow has got permanent customers in us and our friends.

Absolutely love flow. The setting is top notch, the staff are all super friendly, and the place has good vibe all around. If you're an avid climber, then this is the place to train! Also, definitely snag some of their homemade skin balm!! (Photo attached) It's been a life saver for me!

Amazing place. It's easy to see there has been so much time and love put into this place. The boulder problems were so varied in style, and every single one I tried was so much fun, and got me excited for projects. There are some Super cool problems, and I didn't feel hindered at all by being short, which is a huge positive! (Having been to a gym previously where being short has sometimes meant either only being able to do the easy basic climbs, or, having to jump (usually unsuccessfully) for almost every hold). I really do appreciate it. Aestheticly flow is just as great. Their centre piece artwork is amazing! The set up is open, bright and welcoming. I really like the way they've used the colour scheme also. I could keep going on for ages about how great this place is so far (and definitely did during the car ride home from Flow), but you should definitely just go there and experience it yourself, because I can guarantee it'd be significantly more fun than reading an essay length review. Thank you so much to the team at Flow for all the work and creativity you've put into the place! I look forward to future bouldering!

So grateful to have such incredible facilities on the coast. The kilter board is five stars itself, friendly staff, and love that they have started opening early on a Monday, hope that they are able to do so other days for us early birds. Doing great work guys, definitely convinced me to get a membership. They do student and emergency services discount as well

Top class bouldering gym. Well made, great use of space and amazing staff. Not to mention the holds are just what you would expect if you walk into a boulder gym anywhere in Australia. It has such a great feel about it and caters for absolutely everyone (including mum's and dads with bubs/toddlers). Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent venue, great route setting, kilter board is a must try, staff are the best people! Plenty of snacks and drinks to keep you fuelled up, they even had a mist fan you can try if you ask the desk nice enough! Also be sure to check out the 3D printed tablet holders when filling out your waivers! Too cool

An excellent bouldering gym! Good route setting and a lovely atmosphere. Room to play boardgames and enjoy a good cup of coffee while you rest up for your next send! The kilter board is loads of fun too.
