I wandered into this shop after a long trip from regional NSW with the latch on the back door of my van rattling loudly and coming loose as I drove, by the time I got to Melbourne there was only one screw holding it on and together. I expected that the owner/worker would shift me somewhere else that was likely to charge me a silly amount for a small job but instead the bloke dropped what he was doing which looked like a job worth a lot more than my beat up old van, and promptly found a few screws that fit and fixed the latch securely and sent me on my way without charge. While I understand he probably just wanted to get back to what he was doing I am still incredibly thankful that they stopped to help me out. 5 stars Thankyou.

Ross is awesome to deal with. Very supportive and really knows what he is talking about. After dealing with Ross I wouldn't go any where else. I highly recommend him, And he has a good sense of humor. :-)
Ross has worked on both of my Toyota Land Cruiser's and on both visits, he has done an amazing job. His work is second to none and he is such a lovely guy. Straightened up the valance on my bmw e30, did a great job. Got the car back the same day. Ross was very friendly and genuine. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
Guy clearly didn’t want the work and over quoted by 1000 barely looking at the job. Pretty poor service and quite a horrible location parking wise, take your business elsewhere folks!

Fitzroy Panels has worked on our family, work and luxury vehicles. Regardless of what they repair they do a brilliant job and take no short cuts. I recent had my 911 993 4S brought back to show room conditions and as you'd expect from a craftsman the result is outstanding. I'd recommend Fitzroy panels to anyone serious about their vehicle and want to be in safe hands.
Really friendly and helpful staff, stopped by as had to have new number plates fitted - the gentleman there put them on free of charge! Go here if you want to deal with kind and honest people
