I cannot thank Hayleigh, Kel and Sharon enough. The three of them work as a professional and personable team. They made the entire experience of purchasing a dress and subsequent fittings a dream. The dress was breathtaking, fit like a dream and was the topic of most conversation at my wedding. As was the stunning veil. They also recommended a local dry cleaner who completed a thorough job on the dress.

I didnt purchase here myself but went with my cousin for a dress fitting and they were lovely. Had nice dressing rooms and really friendly.
I just recently put my bridal shoes on lay-by after falling in love with a pair of Kel-Leigh Couture shoes at a friends wedding a while ago. I cannot fault the beautiful and friendly service I received. The second pair of shoes I tried on were the ones and their amazing hand made and in store designs are simply stunning. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and making the experience welcoming and warm.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude staff, website does not mention anything about appointments. Change room available & asked if we could try on a bridesmaid dress quickly & staff where extremely rude, asked if we had an appointment in which we had not but there was a change room available & we would have been 5minutes, 10 at most! Staff advises says on website to make an appointment which it does not! & now they claim they offered us to come back. Definitely not the case!
