It was disgusting. We went there to stay as a celebration for the end of the year. From the reviews we were expecting something clean and nice. We were thoroughly let down and disgusted with the place. The cupboards were dirty, the utensils had egg or some food stuck on them, the shower had mould, the spiderwebs were all over the windows and the carpet had stains and it smelt like someone had been smoking.

A fantastic place to stay. Room was tidy and clean. I loved the grounds, it was quiet and peaceful. Such a great place. Reception was friendly and easy with check in. I could be a regular with this place when im in Geelong

The place is clean, the rooms are small and the mattresses are far from being the best ones. The spa in the swimming pool area did not work (no bubbles) and the free breakfast was a basic continental. The Convention Centre is overpriced compared taking into account the services/facilities provided.

I wish I could give a minus star! My family and I were staying there for the Easter weekend (paid almost double the normal price). We had a bad experince with the staff, specifically the receptionist and manager, and to make it worse in the suite we found some LEFTOVER FOOD in the microwave and dirty plates in the broken dishwasher, it's disgusting, and surely a health issue during this pandemic. The receptionist was not helpful and quite rude during check-in, I had a booking problem which I believe she could just help to solve kindly without the need to be rude. The manager called me the next day after we left the hotel and after I emailed them all the problems, I actually asked to see her when I was there which didn't happen. On the phone, I thought the issue could be dealt fairly and kindly, but to my shock, the manager kept insulting me, didn't give me much chance to talk about the problem with her unhelpful staff and the leftover food, even hung up the phone while I was still trying to talk. Wont be back to this hotel ever.

One awesome property. Good spacious rooms and at a spectacular location. Conference rooms are well equipped for business meetings.

Remember to bring your ear plugs if you decide to live here, because there is no soundproof whatsoever. The room is not very clean either. The only good thing is the complimentary breakfast.

My family and I had a few issues with the room and parking but the overall experience was fine. It was in a great location near the beaches, restaurants and city centre. The breakfast was fine! The staff did assist us with any problems. Thanks to Courtney and the team. I like the fact it was located in bushland with not much noise pollution. The Geelong Conference Centre provided us with the necessities needed and I urge people to go and choose it for a place to stay. Thank you to the team!!

We stayed in the Acacia Suite, which while a little dated, was clean, bright and comfortable. Loved all of the garden, especially around the pool and spa area too. Given the price we will definitely be back.
