After a 5 year hiatus from being on a bike and 15 from a mountain bike I made my way to Drift. All of the sales team have been exceptionally patient while I asked all my noob questions. No hard sell, simply thoughtful advice. I ended up buying a second hand bike but have been back for helmet, gloves and booked my bike in for a service. It’s hard not walking into Drift and not start putting a shopping list in your head. I have already planned the next few upgrades and keen to explore the surrounding area on the bike. Went all out to help me understand a Trek bike which I bought secondhand privately. No stone unturned. Completely customer focused, knowing their commitment to their customer and their knowledge will reaps rewards. If I need anything bike, I will drive past the 5 bike shops to go to them. Just want to say a massive thank you to Sam. Last night, stuck across the road with no means of being able to change my flat tyre, Sam, willingly after a long shift out of his own kindness helped myself remove and put on the spare tyre. The life saver in this situation. Not many people like Sam with the kindness he portrayed exist in the world today. So, a massive shoutout to Sam for being the real MVP and if you ever need any help or inquiries about anything Sam is the man, as I know he will strive to satisfy the customer's needs as the way he assisted me last night. Drift bikes has been my go to bike shop for many years.They have a huge range of quality bikes and apparel.Most of all there is always staff ready to help with what you require.Ive found other shops in newcastle area just dont compare with having that needed part to get riding again, or example if i need a new saddle or handlebars etc they have a huge choice to look through. thanks drift bikes for everything you have done for me and my bikes.
