Rubbish service, you get what you pay for, so pay more and go elsewhere. I signed up 2 days ago, and it was advertised as will be connected with 24 hours. 2 days later I'm still not connected, and the excuse is they haven't received my first payment. The money clearly came out of my account more than a day ago so I can't understand the hold up. Assuming they are waiting on the funds, I also can't understand why wouldn't they activate the service so I could at least take calls? You've been around a long time DODO, this is a sort of underhanded games expected from a new minor player in the market, not an Established company.

Have been with dodo for 8 years, originally on adsl but then moved to the NBN service. I was one of the lucky ones who actually got their advertised speeds of 100/40, they even had me in a really good deal playing 85 a month. In the middle of 2020 I noticed my bill suddenly jump to 99.90 a month, I rang customer service and they advised me that my contract ran out so they were no longer liable to provide me those speeds at that cost. They offered me a 100/20 speed tier for 90 which didn’t suit my use as a consumer. I opted to stay in my 100/40 plan and pay the extra. Fast forward to January of 2021, I noticed problems with my internet upload, when speed checked in getting that lower speed of 100/20 (93/19) - this is not what I pay for. This is thievery at its finest, will be moving from dodo as soon as possible. After the most important thing (google review) I will be opening a case with the accc and the relevant ombadsman.

Dodo is genuinely the worst company to deal with. Customer service try to manipulate and change things without telling. Disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COST

I had to cancel my plan, there's only one way to cancel by calling and when I called them they didn't answer for an hour, after trying couple of days they finally picked my call after waiting half an hour and then they again put me on hold in another call to speak with another specialist which never came up for an hour. Terrible customer service. Never ever gonna use dodo again.

The worst company I have ever deal with in Australia. They canceled my nbn after 5 days of installation without any notice and the charged my one month of service 70 35 the period service. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

Terrible customer service. If you have extra money to spend, their service is the best choice for you. You will end up using your phone internet instead but on the good side is you could get rid of 60-80 of your extra money and get nothing in return.
