This place has good customer service with one problem. They only seem to provide good service if you can speak the languages that they also speak. Once came by myself and was treated well as I just spoke vietnamese which werent the case for my friends who came on my recommendation but only spoke english. Also if you are going to be serviced face to face (which I recommend as they don't care about you at all if you were call them), try to get serviced by the man I believe his name is Vincent. At least he has some understanding and patience for customers, unlike his colleague who seems to be a unseasonably high-tempered middle-aged woman who only seems to shout at her clients.
