No available sales people to take an enquiry. Lack of communication skills, especially from the receptionist. Repeatedly rang chasing for a quote but to no avail. Went elsewhere to source materials. Couldn't run a business, even if they tried !
Went above and beyond with a small order for one desk. Pretty good for a large outfit that seems to specialise in bulk pallet racking.
