Very helpful, thoughtful and informative, though the fella l spoke to didn't have the actual item l was chasing, he certainly checked all his inventory and went the extra mile to inform me who might have the item l was chasing.....l highly recommend giving them a call for your needs and wants.... hopefully they will be as accommodating and helpful for you as the time they gave to me personally.

Excellent service and knowledge from the young lady in the store last Saturday. We came in to browse and my son left the shop with a excellent pair of hiking boots ready for his adventure - Thank you Great service, Great gear

I visited for the purpose of buying snowboard boots and some advice on what to buy, unfortunately the salesperson had little to no knowledge about this. They were helpful and friendly, but paying up to 50% more than online prices with the same amount of service makes it hard to justify. Maybe the salesperson who has knowledge of snow gear was absent so I've rated the store 3 stars for being friendly.
The staff are friendly and helpful but the store itself is practically empty with hardly any stock what so ever. IMO maybe closing down.
Amelia is amazing, she goes above and beyond and is super knowledgeable! Best spot in wa for snow gear hands down

Horrible customer service, I had no idea I ate their families, that's the only way I can explain the hatred they had for me at first glance. I guess the welcome sign is just for decoration, my bad.
