Ventoux Cycles is the barbershop of cycle shops. Sometimes I just go in and unload my heart to the boys and one of them puts a firm hand 1.5m from my shoulder and tells me its gunna work out. Sometimes they fix my bike and I'm always happy with the service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! As soon as you walk in, if they are dealing with another customer , they say "We'll be with you in a minute. " It's good to be acknowledged on arrival. Not all businesses do that. In another cycle shop outside of Coffs Harbour, I had to wait for 15 mins behind the only other customer there before i was acknowledged at all. So i left. Thanks, Ventoux, for being customer-driven. All the best. M
